Abstract
Namjera pokretanja sustava ′′e-Građani′′ bila je da se javna uprava modernizira, pojednostavi te ubrza izmjena podataka između države i korisnika. Modernizacijom javne uprave dolazi i do bolje internetske pokrivenosti nekih dijelova RH kako bi svim građanima bilo omogućeno korištenje sustava ′′e-Građani′′. Sustav se sastoji od: Osobnoga korisničkog pretinca, Središnjega državnog portala i NIAS sustava. Građani se sustavom mogu koristiti s vjerodajnicama triju razina sigurnosti pristupu osobnim podacima. Svaka razina pristupa podacima omogućuje korisnicima da se koriste određenim e-uslugama. Od pokretanja platforme sustava ′′e-Građani′′ omogućeno je stalno korištenje novih e-usluga. Primjer je tome COVID-19 kada su se preko sustava ′′e-Građani′′ izdavale propusnice za putovanje iz jednog grada u drugi grad. Glavni ciljevi sustava ′′e-Građani′′ su: modernizacija, ubrzani procesi izmjene podataka, smanjenje troškova te transparentnost u procesima između javne uprave i korisnika.
Abstract (english)
The development of the ′′e-Citizens′′ system was initiated with the aim of modernizing, simplifying and accelerating the exchange of data between the State and Users. Modernization of public administration also leads to better internet coverage of some parts of the Republic of Croatia in order to enable all citizens to use the ′′e-Citizens′′ system. The System consists: a personal user compartment, a central government portal, and NIAS system. Citizens can use the system with credentials of three levels of security to access personal data. Each level of data access allows users to use specific e-services. Since the launch of the e-Citizens system platform, it has been possible to use new e-services. An example of this is COVID-19, when passes for departures from one city to another were issued through the ′′e-Citizens′′ system. The main goals of the ′′e-Citizens′′ system are: modernization, accelerated data exchange processes, cost reduction, and transparency in the processes between public administration and users.
