Sažetak | Danas poslovno okruženje karakteriziraju dinamične promjene u društvu i tehnologiji, brz napredak u znanosti, učinci globalizacije, razvoj međunarodnog tržišta, konkurencija, itd.
Sažetak (engleski) | Today's business environment is characterized by dynamic changes in society and technology, rapid progress in science, the effects of globalization, the development of the international market, competition, etc. In such business conditions, it is unquestionable that every business organization is subject to crises. Regardless of the cause of the crisis, any crisis can seriously jeopardize the survival of the company. In order to survive in a crisis, companies need to adapt quickly and effectively to a new situation, in order to overcome the crisis with the least possible damage to the company and in the shortest possible time. The purpose of the paper is to demonstrate the importance of applying early warning system to business to know what to do in order to successfully escape crisis development. Crises involve both successful and unsuccessful companies, what distinguishes them is the fact that successful businesses are preparing, looking into their future, trying to detect tedious signals that could harm them in the near future, and think about the actions that need to be taken to diminish its this development is harmful, if not for the enterprise's destructive development. Ignorance of quiet signals leads to failure, the only way for an enterprise to develop and resist 'attacks' from the environment, but also from its own internal environment is to develop sensitivity to change, to listen to its business and to become aware of the changes that are taking place, as early as the previous stage.
The topic of this paper is the crisis management in Kogra d.o.o. from the aspect of crisis management. Due to the current state of the world economy and the limited business opportunities of domestic companies, a large number of companies have come into the business crisis, and the most affected are SMEs, which are at the same time the dominant form of enterprises in Croatia. As a result, there is a growing need for crisis management services in small and medium-sized enterprises that, as they do not have a special department within an enterprise, are increasingly using the services of external consultants to help them overcome the crisis. |
