Abstract
Fitness kao neizostavni dio sportske rekreacije ili fitness kao dio wellnessa jednako su poželjni proizvod turističke industrije, koja ako želi pratiti trendove vezane uz tjelesne aktivnosti svojih korisnika treba fitness promovirati u svojoj ponudi. U ovom radu se ova konstatacija potvrđuje proučavanjem obilježja kineziološke rekreacije traženjem uzroka i povoda koji sportaše, rekreativce, ljude željne boljeg izgleda, boljeg stanja zdravlja tijela i duha navodi na bavljenje tjelesnom aktivnošću. Fenomen fitnesa postao je način života velikog broja europskog stanovništva koji se svojih navika ne žele odreći ni na putovanju niti na odmoru. Fitnesom se bave u zatvorenom ili otvorenom prostoru, u gradovima ili u prirodi. Fitness kao wellness dio je programa u lječilištima ili jednostavno sredstvo za opuštanje i odmor. Fitnes je postao industrija koja je usko povezana s turizmom a fitnes sve više postaje pokret za bolje stanje tijela i duha.
Abstract (english)
Fitness as an indispensable part of sports recreation or fitness as part of wellness are equally desirable products of the tourism industry, which if it wants to follow trends related to the physical activities of its users, should promote fitness in its offer. In this paper, this statement is confirmed by studying the characteristics of kinesiology recreation by looking for the causes and reasons that lead athletes, recreationists, people who want a better appearance, a better state of physical and mental health to engage in physical activity. The phenomenon of fitness has become a way of life for many Europeans who do not want to give up their habits either when traveling or on vacation. They practice fitness indoors or outdoors, in cities or in nature. Fitness as a wellness is part of the program in spas or simply a means of relaxation and rest. Fitness has become an industry that is closely related to tourism, and fitness is increasingly becoming a movement for a better state of body and mind.
