Abstract
Isprepletena i iznimno, u zajedničkom spoju, zamršena područja humanitarnih intervencija i ljudskih prava fluidna su tema rasprave s razlikama u tumačenju takvih intervencija vezano s legalnošću, legitimnošću, i učinkovitošću istih. Kompleksan međuodnos dvaju dualnih pojmova odražava moralni, ali i praktični izazov za međunarodnu zajednicu s težnjom stvaranja svijeta u kojemu zaštita ljudskih prava stoji kao nepokolebljiv stup globalne solidarnosti. Iz tog ćemo se razloga u ovome radu osvrnuti na raspoložive postojeće faktore koji se isprepliću jednako humanitarnim intervencijama, ali i ljudskim pravima. Konačno, raščlanit ćemo njima srodne pojmove s težnjom prema produbljivanju relevantnih komponenti i etičkih vrijednosti koje iza istih stoje.
Abstract (english)
Intertwined and exceptionally, in a joint connection, intricate areas of humanitarian interventions and human rights are a fluid topic of discussion with differences in the interpretation of such interventions related to their legality, legitimacy, and effectiveness. The complex interrelationship of the two dual concepts reflects a moral as well as a practical challenge for the international community with the aspiration of creating a world in which the protection of human rights stands as an unshakable pillar of global solidarity. For this reason, in this paper, we will look at the available existing factors that are intertwined with humanitarian interventions, but also with human rights. Finally, we will break down terms related to them with the aim of deepening the relevant components and the ethical values behind them.
