Abstract
Primjena društveno odgovornog poslovanja danas je sve popularnija i postala je ustaljenom praksom u razvijenom svijetu, prvenstveno zato što se pokazalo kako od ove prakse imaju koristi svi uključeni. Tako je godina 2005. proglašena Europskom godinom društvene odgovornosti. Budući da društveno odgovorno poslovanje postaje sve značajnijim elementom u postizanju konkurentnosti i efikasnog poslovanja suvremenih poduzeća, postavlja se pitanje tendencije društvene odgovornosti u hrvatskom gospodarstvu. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje predstavlja poseban koncept poslovanja u kojem poduzeća dobrovoljno i bez ikakve zakonske prisile nastoje uskladiti svoje poslovanje s potrebama društva u najširem mogućem smislu. Stoga se pojam i praksa društvene odgovornosti poduzeća odnose na cjelokupni raspon njegova djelovanja. Što poduzeće proizvodi, na koji način proizvodi, koje resurse upotrebljava, kako kupuje, kako prodaje, kako utječe na okoliš, kako zapošljava, kako se odnosi prema zaposlenicima, na koji ih način osposobljava za rad, kakvi su radni uvjeti, kako ulaže u društvenu zajednicu, te poštuje li ljudska radna prava, samo su neka od pitanja koja određuju ukupni utjecaj tog poduzeća na društvo. Ovaj završni rad se dijeli na teorijski dio koji se odnosi na deskriptivnu analizu društveno odgovornog poslovanja, te na povijest društveno odgovornog poslovanja na razini Republike Hrvatske, i na empirijsku analizu koja nudi društveno odgovornu tržišnu komunikaciju poduzeća Avon kozmetika d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
The application of corporate socially responsible business today is becoming more and more popular and has become a state-of-the-art practice in the developed world, primarily because it has proven to benefit everyone from this practice. Thus 2005 was proclaimed the European Year of Social Responsibility. Since socially responsible business becomes an increasingly important element in achieving competitiveness and efficient operation of modern enterprises, the issue of social responsibility tendencies in the Croatian economy is being raised. Socially responsible business is a special business concept in which companies voluntarily and without any legal coercion strive to align their business with the needs of society in the widest possible sense. Therefore, the concept and practice of corporate social responsibility refer to the entire range of its activities. What produces products that produce, use, how it buys, sells, affects the environment, how it employs, how it relates to employees, how it empowers workers, as is the case with the community, and respects human work rights are just some of the issues that determine the overall impact of a company on a company. This final work is divided into the theoretical part of the descriptive analysis of socially responsible business and on the history of socially responsible business at the level of the Republic of Croatia and on the empirical analysis offered by the socially responsible market communication of Avon kozmetike d.o.o.
